Terms of service

These terms govern your use of apexr.gg and the ApX SimHub plugin (the “Service”), operated by Apexr (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, installing ApX, or purchasing a license, you agree to these terms.
1. The product
ApX is a Windows SimHub plugin that provides in-car callouts and strategy tools for Gran Turismo 7. The website also hosts account, billing, and optional tools. We may change, add, or withdraw features. Free features can move between plans with notice on the pricing page.
2. Accounts and licenses
You need a Discord account to sign in. You must keep your login details confidential and are responsible for activity under your account. Licenses are personal: one paying customer, for use on machines you control. You may not share, resell, or publicly redistribute paid builds, license keys, or unlock files.
3. Plans
Free is a limited feature set. Pro is a subscription billed monthly or annually. Lifetime is a one-time license, including the Founders edition while that offer lasts. Paid access is granted after we confirm payment. Subscriptions renew until you cancel. Canceling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period already paid.
4. Acceptable use
Use the Service only with Gran Turismo 7 and SimHub in ways that follow those products’ own terms. Do not reverse engineer paid licensing, attack the Service, scrape accounts, or use ApX to harass others. We may suspend an account that we reasonably believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in breach of these terms.
5. Third-party software
SimHub, Discord, Gran Turismo 7, and payment processors are third-party products. We do not control them and are not liable for their outages, policy changes, or telemetry limitations. You need a valid SimHub install on Windows for ApX to run.
6. Intellectual property
Apexr and ApX names, logos, code, and content remain ours (or our licensors’). A paid or free license lets you install and use the plugin; it does not transfer ownership. Feedback you send may be used to improve the product without an obligation to you.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is”. Racing, telemetry, and strategy callouts can be wrong, delayed, or silent. Do not rely on ApX as the only source of pit, fuel, or safety information. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for lost races, lost data, lost profits, or indirect damages, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us for ApX in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Refunds and cooling-off
Refunds are described in the refund policy. EU/EEA consumers keep their statutory withdrawal rights, as explained there.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date will change. If a change is material, we will try to notify you by email or a notice on the site. Continued use after the update means you accept the new terms.
