Refund policy

Apexr sells digital licenses for ApX. This page explains cancellations, refunds, and EU cooling-off rights. It should be read with the terms of service.
How to ask
Email support@apexr.gg from the Discord email on your account. Include the plan (Free, Pro monthly, Pro annual, or Lifetime) and, if you have it, the payment reference. We aim to reply within a few business days.
Pro monthly
Pro monthly is €5.99 per month. Cancel at any time to stop the next renewal. You keep Pro until the end of the month already paid. We do not refund unused days in the current month except where the 14-day cooling-off period applies (below) or we decide a goodwill refund is fair (for example a duplicate charge).
Pro annual
Pro annual is €42 per year. Cancel at any time to stop the next renewal. You keep Pro until the end of the year already paid. If you request a refund within 14 days of the first annual payment and the license has not been used in a meaningful way, we will refund it. After that, unused time is not automatically refunded.
Lifetime and Founders
Lifetime is €99 once, or €75 for the Founders edition while that offer lasts. Because this is a permanent license, refunds are limited. If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have not activated or used the paid license in a meaningful way, we will refund it. After activation and use, Lifetime is not refundable except where the law requires it.
Free
Free does not cost anything and has nothing to refund. You can stop using ApX at any time.
EU/EEA consumer cooling-off
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content, that right can end once we start supplying the plugin or unlock the paid license, if you asked us to start immediately and acknowledged that you would lose the withdrawal right. We will ask for that acknowledgement at checkout when it is live. Until then, treat the 14-day unused-license rule above as the default.
Statutory rights for faulty digital content are not affected. If ApX is not as described and we cannot fix it in a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. If a chargeback is opened, we may suspend the license until the dispute is resolved.
