Who we are

The controller for personal data on this site is Apexr, reachable at support@apexr.gg. If we appoint a representative or change our legal entity, we will update this page.

Data we collect

• Account: Discord user id, username, email, and avatar provided through Discord sign-in.
• License and billing: plan, status, and payment references from our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
• Contact: name, email, optional phone number, and message if you write to us.
• Tools: if you use signed-in site tools (for example pit-stop preferences or feedback), we store that content against your account.
• Technical: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and debugging.

Why we use it

We use this data to run accounts and licenses, provide the plugin and website, process payments, answer support, improve the product, and keep the Service secure. Legal bases (GDPR) are typically contract (providing the Service you asked for), legitimate interests (security and product improvement), and consent where we ask for it.

The plugin on your PC

ApX runs locally inside SimHub. Telemetry from Gran Turismo 7 is processed on your machine for callouts and strategy. License checks may contact our servers to confirm your plan. We do not sell your session telemetry.

Sharing

We share data with processors who help us run the Service: Discord (sign-in), our hosting provider, our database, and a payment processor when checkout is live. They only get what they need to perform that work. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar storage required for sign-in and session security (for example NextAuth session cookies). These are necessary to keep you logged in. We do not currently run advertising cookies.

Retention

Account and license records are kept while your account is open and for a reasonable period afterwards for tax, dispute, and security reasons. Support emails are kept as long as needed to resolve the request. You can ask us to delete your account.

Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal data, and you can complain to your local supervisory authority. To exercise rights, email support@apexr.gg from the address on your account.

Children

The Service is not directed at children under 16. If you believe we have collected data from a child, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “last updated” date will change. Material changes will be posted on this page.
